Ring-Bling

I'm linking up this morning with C-Mae as we all share our blingity-bling! I had absolutely no idea I was going to be proposed to ... so Drew had to go through the whole process blind; without a single inkling as to what kind of a style I would like. My father suggested a Tiffany's princess-cut to him when Drew called to ask for permission to marry me.   (!!!! Daddy, I love you. But I can't believe you suggested a $10,000 setting) Considering that was out of the question, Drew was on his own. Given all that? He did a fantabulous job! I love the vintage feel; and more importantly ... I love that he sat in Jared's for 4 hours to choose a ring for me.  I think it would have taken away from the experience if I had picked the ring out myself; I would have been expecting a proposal! And if you've ever seen my engagement photos ... then you know what a shocked moment it was:
