Should be happy ...

When the girlfriend of Drew's best friend gets a job in Orlando all of 2.5 months after she graduates from school, I should be happy. But instead: I'm grinding my teeth and wondering why it's more than a year later and I still haven't gotten ANYWHERE with my career.

Insert steady stream of obscene language here. How the heck is this even remotely fair? Actually, I'm out of excuses. I've heard more than once that my portfolio and resume is impressive ... so what the hell is the problem? If I'm so "impressive" ... then clearly, I should be a shoo-in as a new hire.
