Holiday Must-Haves

For me, it's not the holidays if it doesn't involve my favorite holiday CD's

And of course, a Christmas tree and a chocolate candy Advent calendar.

    For music, the Nutcracker suite and Burl Ives. Hubby likes the Charlie Brown Christmas music, too.

    For movies, my all time fave is the Grinch (the original one). But I also love Elf and the Muppet's Christmas Carol (good picks!!).

    I like getting those Christmas Wreath Yankee Candles, so the whole house smells like a tree farm. :)

    However, it's the food that makes it complete. I love peppermint bark, peppermint ice cream, and peppermint hot chocolate. Also, my mom's fettucine alfredo is a Christmas Eve tradition that I miss.

    I am right there with you: there is no holiday season without Mariah's CD or Elf. I am already rocking out to the Christmas channel on my way to school every day!

    I love Mariah's album. My all time Christmas favorite is A Christmas Story. Every year my family watches it multiple times, and we make a point of reciting most of it too :D
